| Angelia completed its 2nd round of funding of 150 million RMB (about US$ 20 millions) from an Angel Capital formed by several private investors from Shanghai, Hangzhou and Shenzhen. Founder Mr Chen remains the majority shareholder after the investment. Board and Management meetings were held to finalize the deals and to reorient the company development strategy and plans over the next few years. |
